Digital Platforms for Public Benefits: Report Launch

The Tech for Good Institute (TFGI), in collaboration with the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), will be hosting a public report launch event on December 3, 2025, to share findings from extensive research across Southeast Asia examining how digital platforms can enhance policy implementation and public service delivery in the region.

Join us in Bangkok for this event, co-hosted by the Tech for Good Institute (TFGI) and the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), on December 3, 2025, to explore how digital platforms can enhance government policy implementation, improve public service delivery, and foster collaboration between public and private sectors for inclusive and sustainable development in Southeast Asia.

The session will explore the following questions:

  • What successful examples exist of digital platforms extending government reach to underserved populations in Southeast Asia?
  • How can digital platforms help governments better understand and serve previously invisible populations, such as informal workers or unbanked communities?
  • How can governments work closely with digital platforms from the early policy design phase rather than just at the implementation stage?
  • What regulatory adaptations are needed to maximise the potential of digital platforms for policy implementation?
